You will be creating a Database in which you will produce a report, then creating a letter in word in which you will merge data from your database:
A mail merge is when you take the data from a database (e.g. Microsoft Access) and insert it into a spreadsheet (e.g. Microsoft Word). This allows you to send a personalized document to many different people without having to physically write each one. A mail merge is similar to a report, except that here you are taking information from a database and putting it into a word document.
For this mail merge you will use your UK-50 database (click the link to view).
