Geography Eleven: Renewable and Non-Renewable Energy and Water
Students examine the benefits and disadvantages of a variety of forms of renewable and non-renewable forms of energy. In addition students look at the factors that are involved with siting nuclear power plants, hydro-electric dams, and solar farms. Regarding Water students look into the factors that cause water shortage and surplus and the ways in which humans rely upon water.
